A nice hardy soup for cold wintry days. The vegetables add taste and nutrition. Eat with crusty bread and butter.
8oz Cheddar Cheese
4oz Heavy Cream
16oz Chicken Stock
16oz Elbow Macaroni
Place chicken stock and vegetable in large pot and bring to a rolling boil
Heat cream till the sides start to bubble then add cheese. Take off fire and stir till cheese is fully melted.
In separate pot, bring water to boild and add macaroni. Boil till desired tenderness.
Be careful to not burn the cheese
