A nice hardy soup for cold wintry days. The vegetables add taste and nutrition. Eat with crusty bread and butter.
- 8oz Cheddar Cheese
- 4oz Heavy Cream
- 16oz Chicken Stock
- 16oz Elbow Macaroni
- Place chicken stock and vegetable in large pot and bring to a rolling boil
- Heat cream till the sides start to bubble then add cheese. Take off fire and stir till cheese is fully melted.
- In separate pot, bring water to boild and add macaroni. Boil till desired tenderness.
Be careful to not burn the cheese
